Only those who are able to write stuff to the page (special) should have the editor loaded when they are logged in. Everyone else (registered and unregistered) should view the page without the editor being loaded. |

In my site, I have created a section "Articles" , now I'm just wondering if registered user can post their articles under this section. If they can, what should I do?
Also in user menu "submit news", on my site, the registered users get a "You are not authorized to view this resource" message. Would you tell me where I should change to make them can post news as well?

Something to keep in mind is the fact that the name of the Module positions (left, right, user1, etc) mean nothing really. Their meaning is derived from where you actually position them on your template (e.g. you can load the left module position in your right most column - top in the bottom of your template) |

If you get "Notice: Undefined variable:" this means that your PHP installation is configured to show both Errors, Warnings and Notices. You should configure your PHP installation to only show Errors and Warnings which is the default PHP installation. |

A way to make story titles links on the frontpage? I know you can do this through the global settings panel, but that only makes stories with Extended text into links, in place of the usual "Read more" link at the bottom. I want ALL my entries to be links. Is this possible?

The site I manage has content items broken down into categories like letters, opinions, inspiration, etc. I wanted to be able to list the latest news for each category as a module. While you can do that with the latest news module by puting catid=x in the parameters, you can only use one latest news module on your page. The following database hack will allow you to add copies of latest news to your modules list.
